What are cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are a class of chemical compounds—of which cannabidiol (a.k.a. CBD) is just one. There are phyto (meaning plant) cannabinoids, and chemical compounds that mimic the actions of phytocannabinoids or have a similar structure. There are 113 known cannabinoids found in cannabis.
What is the endocannabinoid system?
The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a complex cell signaling system in the body and is involved in a variety of processes such as pain, inflammation, stress, mood, metabolism, sleep, and immune function. It includes endocannabinoids, which are the cannabinoids we produce in our body naturally (the two known ones are anandamide, or AEA, and 2-arachidonoylglyerol, or 2-AG), cannabinoid receptors (called the CB1 & CB2 Receptors), and the enzymes that break them down. When we introduce cannabinoids to the body, including putting them on our skin, the ECS receptors are signaled to help balance and regulate activity where there may already be imbalance.
What is turmeric?
Turmeric is a high level antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial raw material. These properties support positive mental, physical and overall better skin health. Studies have shown that daily intake of turmeric can aid in the natural glow of the skin. The plant can also play a big part in boosting our serotonin and dopamine levels which enhances and improves our mood.
What is C02 extraction?
There are several ways to extract CBD from a hemp or marijuana plant. 707 Flora Tinctures are proprietary formulas that have been made using CO2 extraction, a method that uses pressurized carbon dioxide to take as many desirable cannabinoids or properties from a plant as possible.
With 707 Flora CBD + Turmeric Tinctures, this process is used for both the hemp plant and for turmeric, so only the most effective actives with the highest potency are included in each bottle. This method is also considered the most sustainable option!
How to use CBD + Turmeric Tinctures
707 Flora CBD + Turmeric Tinctures are available in two flavors, Berry Bliss and Bright Citrus, and in two potency options of 500mg and 1000mg CBD. To use, shake the bottle gently, then measure the desired dosage using the dropper. It’s always better to start with a lower dose, and take more as needed.
We recommend starting off with 10mg (which is half dropper in the 500mg packaging), and add 5 to 10mg as needed. Squeeze the liquid under your tongue, and let it melt in your mouth. Wait 60 to 90 minutes to evaluate the effects. Take as often as needed, or twice daily.

How do I know it's working?
CBD is all about bringing balance to the body — it also affects each individual differently, depending on what issues are signaling imbalance in your personal ECS, and your metabolism. So, it’s best to experiment and see what works for you! Some like to take their tincture in the morning, right along with their coffee, to help quell anxiety and to help promote focus and a sense of wellbeing during the day. Others prefer to take it before bed to encourage a more restful night’s sleep. Each 707 Flora CBD + Turmeric Tincture can be taken by itself, or mixed into food or drink. With daily use, effects should be noticeable after about 2 weeks.
